Makes 100 gm15 gm Cinnamon
10 gm Cardamom
10 gm Cloves
50 gm Cummin Seed
10 gm bay leaf
5 gm Pepper BlackRoast cumminseed till it becomes brown. Heat all other ingredients slightly so that they do not have any moisture.
Grind together all the ingredients to a fine powder.
