I N G R E D I E N T S AMUL  CHEESE  SAUCE

Makes 2 1/2 Cups

2 tbsp Amul Butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp mustard
100 gm Amul Cheese - grated

Melt butter. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste. Cook till bubbly. Add the milk gradually. Cook, stirring till smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt, pepper and mustard. Stir in grated cheese and cook till cheese melts.
