I am Brinda a house wife, we live in Des Moines, my husband works in Ruan Transportation as a software programmer. I have a son who goes to school in 3 grade, and a 3 year old daughter. I wanted you to all try this recipe.

Egg Kofta

Ingredients

Boiled Eggs
Potatoes
Cilantro
Green chilies
Salt for the taste
Raw eggs(1 or 2)
Bread crumbs

Method :-

  1. First boil eggs and potato's, peel both of them and smash the potatoes in to a smooth paste.
  2. Cut egg's into whatever shape you like as round or oval shape.
  3. Keep kadai and pour oil into it and keep it ready on the stove for the deep fry.
  4. Break the raw egg and pour it into one bowl, keep bread crumbs in another bowl.
  5. Take smashed potato into a big bowl add to it green chilies cilantro and salt make it into a dough.
  6. Take small amount of dough into the palm spread it on your palm flat and take a slice of a egg wrap it around, after wrapping first dip this in raw egg then in the bread crumbs then deep fry in the oil.
  7. Finish all the slices of egg in the same way. Serve hot.

This dish is very delicious, if you try it you gonna love it. You need not take my word for it.
