My name is Shalini Shinde, yes a fat and plummy lady all because I love cooking and eating varieties. Try this, I learnt it from one of my friend and I find it the best way to use your cooked leftover vegetables. Previous Recipe: Chicken Chukka

Leftover Cooked Vegetables

  1. Take any leftover vegetable, add potatoes as per the amount of vegetables.
  2. Put semolina for binding and one egg.
  3. If you want it to be spicy then you can add red chilli powder, chat masala, coriander leaves, green chilli.
  4. Mix all together and give the shape of veg cutlets and deep fry it.
  5. Serve either with main meal or have it with tea.
