Rice Cheese Balls
Ingredients
1 4oz pkg.shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
2 eggs
2 cups cold cooked rice
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Salad oil
Method :
About 1 hour before serving:-
- In a bowl, mix all above ingredients except oil and keep 1/2 bread crumbs from above aside.
- Form balls and roll them in bread crumbs and fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
