Gobi 65

Ingredients

1) 1 Califlower florets
2) Eggs - 1
3) Chick pea flour - 2 tbsps
4) Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
5) Garam masala - 1 tbsp
6) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
7) Salt to taste
8) Onions - 1 medium sized- chopped length wise
9) 5 to 6 green chillies split in half
10) 2 tbsp soyasauce
11) Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil florets with little salt for 5 min & drain them.
  2. Mix 2 to 7 adding little water into thin pouring paste.
  3. Dip each floret in the above paste & deep fry them till golden brown & keep aside.
  4. Take 1 to 2 tbsps oil in pan, fry chopped onions, chillies till brown, add soyasauce, then the above florets & salt to taste, fry for 5 min.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice, or Biriyani or as a snack.
