Chip-Chat
Ingredients
15 potato chips per person
1 bowl plain yogurt
salt as per taste
1/4 red chilli powder
1/4 cumin powder
1/4 jeera
chopped hara dhaniya (coriander)
Method
- Arrange chips one by one in the serving plate.
- Add salt in the yogurt and spread on all the chips.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli, hara dhaniya, jeera on it.
- Serve immediately so chips will not get soggy.
