Chip-Chat

Ingredients

15 potato chips per person
1 bowl plain yogurt
salt as per taste
1/4 red chilli powder
1/4 cumin powder
1/4 jeera
chopped hara dhaniya (coriander)

Method

  1. Arrange chips one by one in the serving plate.
  2. Add salt in the yogurt and spread on all the chips.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli, hara dhaniya, jeera on it.
  4. Serve immediately so chips will not get soggy.
