Sweet Sour Paneer

Ingredients

Tomatoes-4 (big)
Cornflour-2 to 3 tbsp dissolved in water
Paneer-200 gms
Sugar2-3 tsps
Salt acc to taste
Pepper-1/4th tbsp
1 tbsp Chilly sauce
1 Cheese cube shredded
A handful each of Beans, Capsicum, Cabbage, Peas.

Method:

  1. Cut the veg into thin long pieces
  2. Put tomatoes in hot water.
  3. Remove skin and make puree in mixer.
  4. Marinate paneer in 1 tbsp chilly sauce or ginger-garlic-chilly paste. Marinate for around 1/2 an hour.
  5. Later fry and keep aside.
  6. Fry veg or put them in boiled water and then pass them through cold water.
  7. Boil the tomato puree.
  8. Add the cornflour paste. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  9. Add the veg and then after 3-4 mts add the paneer. When done garnish with cheese shreds.

PS :The veg should be such that they are not too soft and are still crunchy.
