Nugget Snax
Ingredients
Soya Nuggets (Meal Maker/Nutrela) : 1/2 pack
Water : 2 1/2 glass (Boiling Hot)
Garlic : 3 Cloves
Salt to taste
Red Chillie pwdr : 1 tsp
Dhaniya pwdr : 1 tsp
Amchur (Mango pwdr) : 1/2 tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Sour Cream : 2 tbsp
Black pepper pwdr : Little
Method :
- Take boiling water in a vessel & crush garlic, let stay for 5 min.
- Soak nuggets in that water till they are soft, then strain all the water & squeeze so that almost all the water is gone.
- Take a tawa, heat & pour oil let get hot (Don't burn).
- Put the nuggets & turn them occasionally so that fried evenly. When they turn brown put all the spices but add the salt a little later. Turn them occasionally so that all the spices are well mixed & nuggets properly cooked.
- Just before serving pour Sour cream & black pepper pwdr.
Serve at snack time with tea & just rock n roll. You could serve this with corriander chutney/ ketchup.
