Healthy Moong Salad
Ingredients
1 cup sprouted Moong.
1 Cucumber finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot shredded
1/4 cup Cabbage shredded
2 Chillies finely chopped
Chopped Corriander
Lime juice for taste
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Take 2 tsp. oil in a pan and fry moong and cook it for 2 mins. See to
it that it does not get cooked properly.
- Mix all the ingredients with the moong and the salad is ready. It
makes a great side dish.
