Hi,
My name is Maithili Parasnis. I live in Dallas. My previous recipes r Bhendi Masala and Jhat Pat Mint Rice. I would like to share with u my mom's great recipe for a yummy salad.

Healthy Moong Salad

Ingredients

1 cup sprouted Moong.
1 Cucumber finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup Carrot shredded
1/4 cup Cabbage shredded
2 Chillies finely chopped
Chopped Corriander
Lime juice for taste
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Take 2 tsp. oil in a pan and fry moong and cook it for 2 mins. See to it that it does not get cooked properly.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with the moong and the salad is ready. It makes a great side dish.
