Veg. Noodle Burger
Ingredients
1 cup Boiled Noodles,
1/2 cup boiled and drained Masoor daal,
1 bowl boiled and drained Spinach (Methi can be used instead),
1/2 cup Bread Crums,
1 tsp Lemon juice,
1/2 tsp Sugar,
Salt to taste
Wet masala:
1 small Onion chopped,
3 medium Green chillie,
2 tsp Ginger,
1 tsp Garlic
Grind all these ingredients together to make a thick paste.
Dry masala:
1 tsp Garam masala,
1 tsp Corriander powder
Oil for shallow fry.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, wet and dry masala well to make a soft dough.
- Apply some oil to palm and prepare round patties.
- Shallow fry on drizzling oil.
- Place in hamburger buns and serve hot with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato and
Ketchup. Also tastes good when served with Tamarind /Green chutney.
Quantity: Makes 8 to 10 patties.
