Coconut Burfi

Ingredients

1 Coconut
2 Cups of Sugar
1 Can of Condensed Milk
Few sliced of Cashews
Few Raisins
3 Cardamom powder

Method :

  1. Break the coconut and grate it.
  2. In a nonstick pan mix the coconut powder and sugar and stir fry the mixture.
  3. Stir continuously. When sugar melts add the condensed milk and stir it again.
  4. When mixture will dry or it leaves the side of the pan transfer it in an oil greased flat plate.
  5. Add cashews, raisins and cardamoms powder.
  6. Spread it all over the plate and make top surface flat. Cut it in diamond shapes and enjoy it.
