Coconut Burfi
Ingredients
1 Coconut
2 Cups of Sugar
1 Can of Condensed Milk
Few sliced of Cashews
Few Raisins
3 Cardamom powder
Method :
- Break the coconut and grate it.
- In a nonstick pan mix the coconut powder and sugar and stir fry the
mixture.
- Stir continuously. When sugar melts add the condensed milk and stir it
again.
- When mixture will dry or it leaves the side of the pan transfer it in an
oil greased flat plate.
- Add cashews, raisins and cardamoms powder.
- Spread it all over the plate and make top surface flat. Cut it in diamond
shapes and enjoy it.
