Khadhai Paneer

Ingredients

Paneer 500 gms
Sliced Onion 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Chopped Coriander 1/2 cup
Tomato puree 3/4 cup
Red Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Oil as requried
Salt as taste

Method :

  1. Cut a paneer and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in khadhai add sliced onion, fry onion till golden brown in colour .
  3. Add ginger garlic paste stir and add tomato puree, cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder and salt, chopped coriander. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water.
  5. Add paneer cook until paneer is cooked and gravy will thick.
