Sandwiches
Ingredients
Half a Tomato
Half an Onion
Half a Capsicum
Half a Cucumber
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
A dash of Ketchup and Mustard
2 tbs Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
Non-Vegetarians can add Chicken and/or Boiled Egg
Method:
- Cut the tomato, onion, cucumber and capsicum into small cubes.
- Mix the cut vegetables and all the other ingredients together.
- Apply the mixture on slices of bread and make the sandwiches.
You can make the mixture ahead of time, but make the sandwiches fresh.
Enjoy the sandwiches.
