This is Dipti Gupta from Dallas and I want to share an easy recipe of making Veg and Non-veg sandwiches with chai. The other recipes I gave are Egg Khesh and Carrot Barfi.

Sandwiches

Ingredients

Half a Tomato
Half an Onion
Half a Capsicum
Half a Cucumber
Salt to taste
Black Pepper
A dash of Ketchup and Mustard
2 tbs Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
Non-Vegetarians can add Chicken and/or Boiled Egg

Method:

  1. Cut the tomato, onion, cucumber and capsicum into small cubes.
  2. Mix the cut vegetables and all the other ingredients together.
  3. Apply the mixture on slices of bread and make the sandwiches.

You can make the mixture ahead of time, but make the sandwiches fresh. Enjoy the sandwiches.
