Hi,
I am Amulya from CA. I am giving you a simple recipe of Vegetable Pulav. Preparation time could approximately be 10 minutes. This holds low calories.

Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients

1 cup Basmati Rice
1 lb of frozen mixed Vegetables (defrost them)
1tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
3tblsp Dhaniya powder
2tsp Garam Masala powder
1 bunch of Coriander leaves

Method :

  1. Heat little oil in a pan. Put ginger-garlic paste and fry. To it add mixed vegetables + dhaniyapowder + garam masala powder + coriander and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Wash the rice
  3. Mix it with it and fry for a minute
  4. Put the entire mixture in a vessel. Add 2 glasses of water to it and cook it in the electric cooker till there is no water left and serve with Raita
