Vegetable Pulav
Ingredients
1 cup Basmati Rice
1 lb of frozen mixed Vegetables (defrost them)
1tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
3tblsp Dhaniya powder
2tsp Garam Masala powder
1 bunch of Coriander leaves
Method :
- Heat little oil in a pan. Put ginger-garlic paste and fry. To it add
mixed vegetables + dhaniyapowder + garam masala powder + coriander and fry
for 2 minutes.
- Wash the rice
- Mix it with it and fry for a minute
- Put the entire mixture in a vessel. Add 2 glasses of water to it and
cook it in the electric cooker till there is no water left and serve with Raita
