Salads
1. Patta Gobi salad : Cut the patta gobi 1/2 kg. in long very thin slices, separate the slices. Keep ready handful of roasted and cleaned ground
nuts, soaked chana dal - water drained out after 4 hours, handful of grated
Muli.
Preparation of Curds : Churn 1/4 Kg. curds with milk cream, two
teaspoons of sugar, salt to taste and salad oil to taste. Mix well. Make
a thick batter of curds.
Mix the ingredients well and pour on the curds preparation. Keep in the
fredge for cooling. Serve cool in lunch or dinner.
2. Fruit Salad : Cut the variety of fruits as per your choice, mix well with pudina paste only for flavour and pour on the curds prepared as above.
This salad should not be kept or used after one hour. Fridge before serving.
3. Usual Cucumber-Mula-Carrot-Tomato-Celery-Salad Leaf Salad :
Cut them into small pieces or in desired sizes and shapes. Pour on the
preparation of curds as above. Use salt and sugar as per taste and if
desired freez before serving.
