Jalebi Pudding

Ingredients

Jalebi 250 Gms
Milk as required
Dry Fruits mixed 100 gms
Eggs 3

Method: -

  1. Beat the eggs with the beater till frothy.
  2. Set the jalebies in the oven dish.
  3. Pour the milk on them till they are properly soaked.
  4. Add the dry fruits.
  5. Spread the well beaten eggs on it.
  6. Bake it in the pre heated oven till done or the upper layer turns brown.
  7. Serve hot or chilled.
