I am Premlata Nambiar, I visited your site and tried few receipes like Tur Dal Soup, Mung Dal Soup and Ginger Rasam. Yes! I managed making them and my husband and son enjoyed it too!!. I would also like to contribute one of the receipe.

Spinach Paratha

Ingredients

2 - 3 cups of Wheat flour
Spinach
Garlic - 3- 4 cloves
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies - 3-4 (you may add more if you want to make it spicy)
Ginger - a small piece
Salt to taste

Method :

  1. Cut Spinach, grind it in mixie with Garlic, Chillies, Ginger and add little water to make a paste.
  2. Add this paste to Wheat flour with salt, ajwain, jeera, turmeric powder and make a dough.
  3. Roll it into small balls.
  4. Prepare parathas and put it on hot tawa or frying pan apply ghee on both the sides & serve hot with sauce or butter or chutney.
