Cantalope MilkShake
Ingredients
2 cups cut Cantalope pieces
2 cups Milk
1 cup Plain Vanilla or French Vanilla icecream
3-4 tps Sugar
1/4 tps Cardamom powder
1 tps Almond powder
Method:
- Blend cantalope pieces till a smooth pulp is formed.
- Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, almond powder and blend again for
3-4 minutes.
- Add icecream to it and whip for 1 minute adding 1-2 ice cubes.
- Serve chilled.
Making time: 7 minutes
Serves: 3 med glasses
