Delicious Rasam
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked Daal
1tbsp. Jeera
1tbsp. Mustard seeds
1 tbsp. of Rasam powder
2 tbsp. of Jaggery
Little Coriander leaves
Little Curry leaves
1 or 2 Tomatoes
2 tbsp. of Tamarind paste
2 tbsp. of Oil
Salt to taste
Method :
- Season with mustard seeds, jeera in a vessel with oil in it.
- Add tomatoes and tamarind paste with little water and mix well. Wait till it boils well.
- Now add cooked daal (watery) to it and wait till it boils. While boiling to it add coriander leaves and curry leaves and salt to taste. Then add rasam powder and jaggery to it. Let it boil again for 10 minutes. That's it. Rasam is ready.
