Hello everyone,
I am Sanyukta Chowdhary and I live in Calcutta. I am single infact I am still studying. Currently I am undergoing a training at NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology). I love trying out new recepies especially ones with low calories. I have tried many of your receipes from this site. This is a simple receipe and makes very nutritious sandwiches. These sandwiches are extrmely low on calories. Hope you all like it!

Dahi Sandwiches

Ingredients

1/2 Carrot grated
1/2 Cucumber grated
Small amount of Cabbage grated
1/2 Capcicum cut into thin slices
1/2 a cup of Dahi (yogurt)
2 slices of Bread
Salt according to taste
1/3 tsp Mustard sauce

Method:

  1. First tie the dahi in a cloth and squeez out all the water.
  2. Mix all the vegetables along with salt and mustard sauce, if required with hands.
  3. Put the filling on the bread slices and cut into neat slices.

Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.
