Dahi Sandwiches
Ingredients
1/2 Carrot grated
1/2 Cucumber grated
Small amount of Cabbage grated
1/2 Capcicum cut into thin slices
1/2 a cup of Dahi (yogurt)
2 slices of Bread
Salt according to taste
1/3 tsp Mustard sauce
Method:
- First tie the dahi in a cloth and squeez out all the water.
- Mix all the vegetables along with salt and mustard sauce, if required
with hands.
- Put the filling on the bread slices and cut into neat slices.
Serve with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.
