Daal Ka Paratha
Ingredients
Whole Wheat flour (Atta) as per Consumption
Leftover Daal (cooked)
1/2 Cup Besan (Gram flour)
1 small Onion (Very finely chopped )
Small Piece of Ginger (grated)
2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
Corriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp jeera (Cumin Seeds)
Salt, red chilli powder, Garam masala as per taste.
Butter / Oil for frying.
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients. Add enough water / Milk to make a dough
of rolling consistency.
- Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Then make small balls and roll them like parathas
- Put the paratha on the tawa (Griddle) and make like you make any
paratha.
Serve hot with curd and chutney of your choice.
