Paneer-Egg Curry

Ingredients

Paneer 1 bowl
Egg (boiled) 4
Onians 2 medium chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Green chilli paste/chopped acc to your taste
Tomatoes 3 medium finally chopped
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Oil /butter 1/4 of cup
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves to garnish.

You can make fresh Paneer in your kitchen Method for making Paneer :

First boil the milk , when it start boiling add 1 lemon juice or 1/4 cup of white vinegar & mix it with milk untill milk turns into paneer. Let it cool for 15 min ,then strain it. The paneer is ready.

Method for Paneer-egg curry:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan
  2. Add ginger garlic paste , fry it for a minute.
  3. Add onions to it & fry this till golden brown
  4. Now add the chillis & turmeric powder & salt
  5. Add the tomatoes in it & saute for 5 min
  6. Take some butter or oil in the other pan & fry the boiled eggs till golden brown. Then cut them in four halves.
  7. Now add the paneer in gravy & let it boil for minute or two.
  8. Add eggs to the prepared paneer & sprinkle garam masala powder
  9. Garnish curry with corrinder leaves.

Serve it with rice or rotis.
