Crispy Aaloo Tikky with Noodles

Ingredients

Noodles 2 pkt (Maggi / Top Ramen)
Noodels Masaala 2 pkt (comes along with maggi noodles)
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Red Chilli 1/2 tea spoon
Garam Masala
Cabbage
Capsicum
Carrot
Soya Souce
2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
2 Potatoes
Thin Noddles or Bread crumbs or Savaiyan
Maida 5-6 Spoons
Coriander, Mint Chutney

Method :

  1. Boil the Potatoes after that peal off the skin and mash the potatoes
  2. Put maida little salt, red chilly, coriander leaves, garam massala in mashed potatoes and make 4-5 balls of it.
  3. Boill the noodels with Noddle Masaala. As per the instructions on the pack.
  4. Take a Karahi put 2 Spoons oil in it and fry chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cabbage, capsicum, carrot. Don't fry for long time when all these vegetables will become little soft put Salt, Red chillies and Garam masala on it and mix well then put boiled noodles in it, then sprinkle soya sauce on the noodles and fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now take another kadahi and put oil for deep frying. Take the potato balls and roll it in the thin noodles or bread crumbs for crisp and then fry till golden brown.
  6. Repeat the same steps with all the balls.

Serving:

  1. Take a sarving plate keep the fried ball in the centre of the plate and put some ketchup and green cutney on it and fill the plate with noodels.
  2. Serve it with Ketchup and Soya Suace.

3 - 4 servings
