Hi,
This is Swati Kulkarni. I Live in Boston. This is my second recipe. I love to cook. My previous recipe was Beetroot Raitha. Mava cake is very tasty & easy to make.

Mava Cake

Ingredients

Flour (maida) one cup
Mava one cup
Sugar one cup
Butter half cup
Milk 1/3 cup
Baking Powder 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp

Method :

  1. Mix cream, sugar & butter till light & fluffy. Mix together the milk & khoya (grated) & keep aside.
  2. Add beaten eggs to the creamed mixture & blend in khoya mixture & cardamom powder.
  3. Fold the sieved mixture with baking powder & mix well.
  4. Pour this mixture in to tray (greased with butter) & bake it for 20 min.
