Hi everyone,
My name is Srividya Iyer. I have sent recipes of Moglai Cauliflower and Spinach Roti before to this site. I live and work in Cincinnati, USA with my husband Anand and my son Kartik who is 2 months old. My husband likes this nutritious fruit shake which is my discovery. Hope you enjoy it!

Fruit Shake

Ingredients

1. Green grapes (seedless)
2. Kiwis
3. Strawberries
4. Red Pears
5. Red Apples
6. Milk
7. Sugar
8. Cashewnuts
9. Pinch of Pepper Powder
10. Vanilla Icecream

Method:

  1. Grind together all the fruits with milk and sugar in blender.
  2. Add cashew powder to this shake and sprinkle pepper powder on top.
  3. Serve in tall glasses with vanilla icecream as topping.

Enjoy this easy and healthy fruit shake!
