Hi,
My name is Tanuja. And this is my first recipe going 'live' on the web. I learnt this simple yet very nutritious recipe from my aai, Jayashree Khadilkar. As kids, my sister and I used to sneer at the idea of eating the pumpkin curry, so my mom had this wonderful way out by preparing the soup. Serve your guests with this delicious soup and keep them guessing the ingredients. Happy Cooking !
