Eggless Cake
Ingredients
Maida 1 1/2 cup
Milk Powder 1 cup
Malai/cream 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
Baking soda 1 tsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Method:
- Sieve Maida in the mixing bowl. Add baking powder & baking soda into
it.
- Add milk powder, sugar, cream, milk & vanilla essence in the above
mixture, stirring continously.
- Pour the mixture into the preheated baking bowl, well oiled at
sides.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at a temp. of 180oC.
