Paneer Burji

Ingredients

150 gms Paneer (crumbled)
2 Onions (finely chopped)
2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
3-4 Green Chillies chopped
A few Curry Leaves
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Jeera-Dhania powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste 3 tsp fresh Cream
2 tbsp Butter
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Fry the onions in the butter alongwith the curry leaves, till golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry few minutes.
  2. Then add turmeric, jeera-dhania powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
  3. Then add the paneer and stir fry for a minute. Mix in the cream and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Tastes yummy with Roti/Naan, or even with Bread.
