Mushrooms on Toast
Ingredients
1 Cup Sliced Can - Mushrooms
Four Slices of toast
White Sauce
Method
- In a frying pan heat 1 Tblsp of margarine or butter and semi fry
the mushrooms.
- FOR WHITE SAUCE : In two mugs of milk add 2 tsp full white
flour, salt and lots of black pepper powder. Mix well.
- In the same frying pan of mushrooms add this mixture and keep on
stirring till thick and then pour over the toast. serve immediately.
