Chocolate Peppermint Fizz
Ingredients
75g plain chocolate
2tbsp sugar
750ml Milk
1tsp Mint Essence
8 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice-cream
Method:
Grate the chocolate in a pan and add the sugar and 150ml of milk.Heat
gently till the sugar and the chocolate melt.
Remove from heat and add
the rest of the milkand the mint essence. Stir well and pour into a jug
and chill in the fridge for about and hour or so.
The just before surving
pour into glasses and add 2 scoops of ice-cream into each glass.
And then ENJOY the drink!
