Hi, I am Laju, a mother of three kids and a businesswoman in the caribbean. I am a vegetarian, this recipe has been a huge success among the kids and all my friends and it is especially nice for vegetarians who long for cakes. It is easy to make and tastes as good as any cake containing eggs. Once you try it you'll get hooked onto it! E-mail: shyam@cwjamaica.com
