Stuffed Brinjal

Ingredients

1. 6 small Brinjal
2. 4 Red Chillies
3. 1tbs Channa dal
4. 1tbs Urad dal
5. 1tsp Jeera seeds
6. 1tbs Dhania seeds
7. 1 medium Onion
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil

Preparation

  1. Fry red chillies, channadal, urad dal, jeera and dhania seeds in small amount of oil, and keep aside.
  2. Cut the onions in large pieces.
  3. Grind all the above things with salt.
  4. Cut the brinjals at one side as four strips for stuffing.
  5. Stuff the above paste in to brinjal.
  6. Heat the oil in a deep fry pan, and put the stuffed brinjal in oil and fry well.

Serve with white rice.
