Hi!
I am Amita from calcutta.. I like this site very much & am a regular visitor. I have tried out many recipes from here & it has turned out very well. The recipe which I am sending you all is our favourite & I hope everybody else will also like it.

Corn Chat
Ingredients
2 cup boiled corn
1 lime juice
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/4 tsp. Chilli paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp chat masala
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste 1/2 cup boiled potato cut into small bits
4 pcs. Bread cut into cube and deep fry

Method :
Mix all except bread and apple. Before serving mix bread and decorate with sev.
