Tomato Soup
Ingredients
4 big tomotes slice into 4 pcs each (more can be added if you wish so)
Salt
To grind and mix with water (4 cups of water. You can add more or less
depends on the thickness you want)
4 almonds
4 cashewnuts
2 candlenuts
Ginger (a small piece)
Garlic 2 pcs
4 small onions
For Frying:
Cinnamon stick (1 small pc)
Cloves 2
Cardamons 2
Star anise 1
Garnishing:
Onion leaves
Soup leaves
Method
Heat wok and add oil. Add the frying ingredients. Add tomotoes and stir
well. After the tomotoes becomes a bit soft, add the ground ingredient
mixed with water.
Add salt and cover to simmer. Once it starts to boil use a spoon to mash
the tomotoes. Add garnish. Stop the fire.
