Pastry Puffs
Ingredients
1 sheet Pastry Puffs
1 Kg frozen chopped Spinach
1 Kg Cream Cheese (preferably Onion and Chive Flavour)
Salt
Pepper
Method :
- First thaw out the pastry sheets.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Defrost spinach in the microwave and then drain out all of the excess water.
- Add cream cheese to it and salt & pepper for taste.
- Cut sheets into little squares and spoon one tbsp of the mixture onto the square.
- Put water around the edges and seal onto the shape of a triangle.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot as cocktail snacks.
