Keema Patties
Ingredients
Lean Mutton Keema 250 gms
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Potaotes 2 large (boiled & mashed)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 2 (finely chopped)
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 1 (beaten)
Bread crumbs for rolling patties
Oil for frying
Method
- Mix keema, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder &
salt along with water. Cook until tender. Cool and add this to the
boiled mashed potato and mix well.
- Add pepper powder, zeera powder,
lime juice, salt to taste, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander
leaves and mix well.
- Make patties of oval or round shape and dip it in
beaten egg.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and
shallow fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
