Keema Patties

Ingredients

Lean Mutton Keema 250 gms
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Potaotes 2 large (boiled & mashed)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Green Chillies 2 (finely chopped)
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg 1 (beaten)
Bread crumbs for rolling patties
Oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix keema, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder & salt along with water. Cook until tender. Cool and add this to the boiled mashed potato and mix well.
  2. Add pepper powder, zeera powder, lime juice, salt to taste, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Make patties of oval or round shape and dip it in beaten egg.
  4. Roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
