Methi Pappad Sabjee
Ingredients
1. Methi - 1 tsp. Soaked in water for one hour.
2. 2 big masala pappads broken into pieces.
3. Jeera - 1 tsp
4. Tomato - 2 big sliced
5. Curd - 1/2 cup
6. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
7. Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
8. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Salt to taste.
10. Water - 1 cup
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera fry little then add the soaked methi after
draining the water completely.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes and then add tomatoes and curd. Fry again until the water
of the curd is completely evaporated.
- Then add 6,7 and 8, fry for one second. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Now add the pappads and salt. Boil until the pappads are done.
Serve hot with Ghee rice (made of basmati rice).
