Egg Utthappam
Ingredients
3 Eggs
4 slices of White Bread
1 small Onoin finely chopped
1 small Tomato finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1" piece Ginger crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
A little Milk
Oil for frying
Method:
- Beat the eggs.
- Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and add to the beaten eggs.
- Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil into the mixture. To make the mixture smooth, add some milk to it.
- Heat oil on a tava.
- Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly and immediately.
- Sprinkle a little of the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies, with a pinch of salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Fry both sides.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup and enjoy.
