Egg Utthappam

Ingredients

3 Eggs
4 slices of White Bread
1 small Onoin finely chopped
1 small Tomato finely chopped
Coriander leaves finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1" piece Ginger crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
A little Milk
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and add to the beaten eggs.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of oil into the mixture. To make the mixture smooth, add some milk to it.
  4. Heat oil on a tava.
  5. Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly and immediately.
  6. Sprinkle a little of the chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, coriander leaves and green chillies, with a pinch of salt, red chilli powder and garam masala.
  7. Fry both sides.
  8. Serve with Tomato Ketchup and enjoy.
