Instant Cranberry Parotha
Ingredients
Wheat Flour 2 cups
Ghee 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Fresh Cranberries 1/2 cup.
Method:
- Mix Wheat Flour + salt + butter in the food processor using the 'S'
blade for 1 minute.
- Now add cranberries and blend. (The cranberries get chopped during mixing
in the food processor)
- Then add water to make a smooth dough.
- Remove the dough from the food processor.
- Make round balls from the dough. Roll them flat similar to Roti.
- Put the flattened dough on a pre-heated pan and fry on both sides with
little ghee
till golden brown.
- Serve hot with desired Vegetable Curry and Plain Yoghurt.
If you are not using food processor knead dough with chopped cranberries.
