Onion- Tomato-Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
1 cup Yogurt
1 small Onion
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
2 Green Chillies
Salt
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
Method:
- Beat the yogurt and add 1 Tbsp water in it. Keep it aside.
- Cut onion into small pieces, cut tomato into pieces and make sure to
take a little hard but ripe tomato.
- Peel off and grate cucumber and cut green chillies into pieces.
- Add onion , tomato , cucumber and green chillies into the yogurt. Mix
in salt and chilli powder also.
- Roast jeera and then grind it. Use it for decorating the Raita
