Onion- Tomato-Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

1 cup Yogurt
1 small Onion
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
2 Green Chillies
Salt
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Jeera (cumin seeds)

Method:

  1. Beat the yogurt and add 1 Tbsp water in it. Keep it aside.
  2. Cut onion into small pieces, cut tomato into pieces and make sure to take a little hard but ripe tomato.
  3. Peel off and grate cucumber and cut green chillies into pieces.
  4. Add onion , tomato , cucumber and green chillies into the yogurt. Mix in salt and chilli powder also.
  5. Roast jeera and then grind it. Use it for decorating the Raita
