Carrot Kosambari (Salad)
Ingredients
4 fresh Carrots
3 green Chillies
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 small Tomatoes {chopped}
Coriander leaves {chopped}
2 tbsps of grated fresh Coconut
Salt to taste.
Method
- Wash the carrots and grate them.
- Place the grated carrots in a salad
bowl. Add slit green chillies, coriander, chopped tomatoes, coconut, lemon
juice and the salt. Mix with help of a fork and serve.
