5 Minute Rasam
Ingredients
Tamarind-lemon sized, soak & extract juice in 2 cups of water.
Tomato-1,finely chopped.
Garlic- 1 clove (optional)
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Pepper-1/4 tsp., Jeera-1/4 tsp (powdered fine)
Sambhar powder-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves + Coriander leaves - few, chopped fine.
Salt to taste.
Method:-
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, it's ready!
- Keep covered till ready to serve (to retain flavour)
