Kulfi

Ingredients

1 can Condensed Milk
1 can Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Bread slices
10-15 pieces Pistachios
Saffron
1/2 Teaspoon Elaichi Powder (Cardamoms)

Method

  1. Break the Pistachios in the blender. Cut Bread slices into pieces and put it into the blender.
  2. Pour the Condensed Milk, Whipping Cream into the blender.
  3. Add saffron and Elachi Powder
  4. Set it in Kulfi molds or in a baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate, in the freezer for 3 hours.
