Instant Til Bhugga In Microwave
Ingredients
Til 250 gms
Besan 1 tsp.
Milk powder 1 cup
Condenced Milk 1 tin
Dry Coconut in thin slices 10-15 pieces
Ghee 2 tbsp
Method:
- Dry fry til in a pan and keep aside.
- Dry fry besan and keep aide.
- Make powder of the til. Leave 2 tbsp til as whole.
- Take a big bowl of microwave and put til
, besan, milk powder, condensed milk and ghee. Mix well in one
direction only.
- Keep it in the microwave for 7 mins.
- Take out and mix again in one direction.
- Keep it back in the oven for another 7 mins. But
this time keep an eye on it as it may come out from
the pan.
- Take out and mix thoroughly.
- Put the mixture in a greesed thali and spread
evenly.
- Decorate with coconut slices and til.
- When set, cut into pieces and enjoy.
Shelf life : You can keep it in the fridge for about
three weeks.
