Instant Til Bhugga In Microwave

Ingredients

Til 250 gms
Besan 1 tsp.
Milk powder 1 cup
Condenced Milk 1 tin
Dry Coconut in thin slices 10-15 pieces
Ghee 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Dry fry til in a pan and keep aside.
  2. Dry fry besan and keep aide.
  3. Make powder of the til. Leave 2 tbsp til as whole.
  4. Take a big bowl of microwave and put til , besan, milk powder, condensed milk and ghee. Mix well in one direction only.
  5. Keep it in the microwave for 7 mins.
  6. Take out and mix again in one direction.
  7. Keep it back in the oven for another 7 mins. But this time keep an eye on it as it may come out from the pan.
  8. Take out and mix thoroughly.
  9. Put the mixture in a greesed thali and spread evenly.
  10. Decorate with coconut slices and til.
  11. When set, cut into pieces and enjoy.

Shelf life : You can keep it in the fridge for about three weeks.

Note: Time varies from oven to oven.
