Brinjal Fry
Ingredients
Brinjal of medium size - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic- 4 cloves
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few, chopped fine.
Chilli powder - 2 spoon
Ginger
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt to taste.
Method:
- Make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger using mixie
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and mix it
thoroughly
- Cut Brinjal vertically to get thin slices.
- Cover the slices with the above paste and keep aside for 10
minutes
- Deep fry the slices in oil. Tasty brinjal fry is ready.
