Brinjal Fry

Ingredients

Brinjal of medium size - 2
Onion - 1
Garlic- 4 cloves
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few, chopped fine.
Chilli powder - 2 spoon
Ginger
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger using mixie
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper and mix it thoroughly
  3. Cut Brinjal vertically to get thin slices.
  4. Cover the slices with the above paste and keep aside for 10 minutes
  5. Deep fry the slices in oil. Tasty brinjal fry is ready.
