Malai Kulfi
Ingredients
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 pt (16 oz) Whipping creme
1 tsp. almond powder
1tsp.pistachio powder
1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
1/8 tsp. saffron
Method::
- Mix all the ingredient in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture in to round popsicle maker.
- Freeze it for 6 to 8 hour.
- To remove frozen kulfi from the mold, place it under a running tap of warm water.
serves: 18 to 20 (approximately).
