Apple and Banana Salad

Ingredients

Golden Apples : 1 diced
Firm-Ripe Bananas: 2
Paneer diced : 1/2 cup
Red Chillies :2
Dhaniya Patta :1 tsp
Sugar : pinch
Salt to taste
Roasted Jeera powder : 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Take a kadai.
  2. Add 2 tsp of oil. When heated add the red chillies, jeera powder and fry.
  3. Now add the apples, diced bananas, diced paneer and quickly toss for 2 mins.
  4. Add salt and sugar. Off the gas and transfer contents to the serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle dhaniya patta and a little roasted groundnuts and serve.
