Roller Coaster
Ingredients
Condensed Milk 1 Tin
Marie Biscuit 1 big Packet
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Chocolate Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Coconut 100 gm
Method
- Crush the biscuit and add cocoa powder and chocolate powder.
- Make a
dough with condensed milk.
- Make a round ball. Place it on a polythene
cover and roll it out into a thick chapati and keep it aside.
- Now add condensed milk to coconut. Mix well. Make a round ball. Keep it
between a polythene bag. Roll it out like a chapati. It's size should be
the same as that of biscuit chapati's size.
- Place the coconut chapati
over the biscuit chapati and roll them together.
- Keep it in the freezer
for 15-20 mins.
- Cut it in a slanting way.
- Serve chill.
