Roller Coaster

Ingredients

Condensed Milk 1 Tin
Marie Biscuit 1 big Packet
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Chocolate Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Coconut 100 gm

Method

  1. Crush the biscuit and add cocoa powder and chocolate powder.
  2. Make a dough with condensed milk.
  3. Make a round ball. Place it on a polythene cover and roll it out into a thick chapati and keep it aside.
  4. Now add condensed milk to coconut. Mix well. Make a round ball. Keep it between a polythene bag. Roll it out like a chapati. It's size should be the same as that of biscuit chapati's size.
  5. Place the coconut chapati over the biscuit chapati and roll them together.
  6. Keep it in the freezer for 15-20 mins.
  7. Cut it in a slanting way.
  8. Serve chill.
