Brinjal in Curd

Ingredients

Brinjal : 7-8 (round and small ones)
Curd : 1 cup
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Jeera powder : 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves : 5-6 leaves
Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
Salt : according to the taste
Oil : 4 tbsp

Method :

  1. Silt brinjal in four part don't separate the parts keep it as whole brinjal.
  2. Heat oil in wide pan.
  3. Put coriander seeds and curry leaves into oil. When coriander seeds start crackling put all brinjal into that. Then add all dry masala into brinjal.
  4. Cover it with lid until brinjal become tender and all masala is fried.
  5. Switch off the gas and add curd into it when brinjal is not hot.
  6. Mix it properly and serve with hot Chappatis.
